Service Commitment

At Hummingbird CC Consultancy, we are committed to the goal of inspiring people to grow in their capacity for adaptability and resilience while also maintaining a light-hearted and upbeat attitude toward life.

Our team of coaches, counsellors and consultants is made up of individuals who not only have a passion for executive coaching, professional counselling, psychotherapy, and consultation services but also extensive corporate backgrounds that have given them the ability to support and care for their clients to the highest standard. Each team member is carefully selected to ensure the best possible care.

At Hummingbird, we commit to treat our clients with professionalism, respect, and courtesy. At every step of your journey with us, we will provide you a safe space to reflect, get clarity and gain confidence in managing the concerns and issues impacting your emotional well-being.

Your commitment as a Client will be crucial for you to reap the full benefits of your journey with us.  You are encouraged to be:

  • trusting and transparent
  • consistent in your appointments and
  • participate actively with the recommendations provided by your assigned coach / counsellor.

If in doubt or where you are uncomfortable with the approach suggested, do inform your assigned coach, counsellor or consultant to pace the sessions according to your preference.

Service Terms & Conditions

We will also like to bring to your attention our general terms and conditions for our services:

  1. Sessions will be pre-agreed with the client. Hybrid one-on-one engagements (either via online or in-person sessions) can be arranged.
  2. Counselling and/or coaching programs, once committed, are non-transferable or refundable.
  3. Payment is upfront for each appointment confirmation. Hummingbird operates formally on a 5-day work week. For rescheduling :
    • Within 48 hours (2-work days), 50% of the hourly fee will be considered utilised.
    • Within 24 hours or on the day of the session, the session hour will be considered utilised.
  1. Rescheduling must be communicated in writing to the assigned Counsellor with admin@hummingbirdcc.com.sg in copy. A maximum of 2 (two) reschedules is allowed per payment.
  2. In the event of session cancellation or no-show by the client, the session hour will be considered utilised. Punctuality is encouraged. A 15-minute grace (waiting) period will be provided as part of the session hour.
  3. Time extension may be chargeable based on hourly fee rate (prorated) and subject to the Counsellor’s time availability.
  4. Bundle pricing is available. Your assigned counsellor and/or coach will advise on a suitable Bundle. You may opt for and top up to a Bundle at the end of the first session.
  5. Bundles non-extendable beyond the stipulated validity. Unutilised counselling hours are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Our service commitment and terms and conditions are intended to ensure that our journey together will be fruitful and successful.
